King Cobra found at the grocery shop
A king cobra about seven kilograms and 4.8m length found at a grocery shop at Kampung Permatang Pinang, Merchong.
The snake was caught by an oil palm planter Shafiq Zulkifli, 23, who is known as a "snake charmer" that handling snakes for five years.
Shafiq said the snake was caught under the supervision of firefighters from the Nenasi Fire and Rescue station.
The shop owner and fire personnel informed Shafiq as saw the snake behind a shelf at about noon Tuesday
He reported to Bernama that the snake was found to be not aggressive because its skin was still beautiful without any scratches proves to have just shed its skin.
Shafiq said it took him five minutes to catch the snake with his bare hands before placing it in a sack.
According to him , the snake was released back into its natural habitat in Nenasi.

Adopted daughter abused with a hot spoon.
A 7 years old child was abused by her adopted father with a hot metal spoon after being accused of stealing money.
A fishmonger was arrested in Brandar Kinrara 5, Puchong, for allegedly abusing his adopted daughter.
Serdang police chief Assistant Commissioner Ismadi Borhan said police also seized two spoons, each 30cm long, from a house in Jalan Pinggiran Putra, Seri Kembangan, which were believed to have been used to abuse the girl.
The suspect was arrested at 10pm yesterday, he said in a statement today, adding that the 49-year-old suspect had confessed.
Ismadi said the suspect's 9-year-old son from a previous marriage, who was in the custody of the suspect's mother, would also be sent to the hospital for a check-up.
She sustained burns on her cheeks, hands, right waist and left leg.
According to him, the victim was receiving treatment at the Serdang Hospital.
